Six Rivers Update: Student Reminders

Six Rivers Students:

I miss you all. I hope you are doing well today and continue to remain safe. I would like to remind you all of a few important items.
  • Log In and check your email each day.  Each day teachers are sharing instructions and lessons for all of you via email or on Google Classroom. I encourage you to examine this information each day.  In our vision statement, Six Rivers'  calls on students to learn to be "independent".  Please do your best to be informed.
  •  Learning and is important.   Teachers have worked hard to create lessons that interest you. I have asked you all to pull your weight and do your best.  We all face a new challenging reality, but we hope that all students participating to the best of their ability.
  • We understand. If you are having trouble accessing the lessons independently please reach out for support. The entire staff is ready to support you. At this time it is important that we lean on one another and become truly interdependent.  If you have any barriers to learning. Please let me know right away so we can provide support.  More importantly, see the schedule for office hours or simply email teachers if you need help.
  • We all deserve a break. This has been a trying and difficult time for everyone. During Spring Break.teachers will not be assigning work, meeting with students, or even reading emails. If you have a challenge, issue or concern, I will be available via email during this time, however, it is advised to that you take a break to recharge as well.
Finally, I would like your help. I invite you all to participate in our social media by submitting jokes of the day as well as images of yourself being safe and coping with these challenges at the same time.

All my best.
